The Kombucha starter set included a Kombucha tea mushroom, a tea blend and a 2 litre preparation jar for the first own Kombucha production.

Kombucha Tea Mushroom:

Kombucha tea mushroom is used to obtain the characteristic drink. The Kombucha tea mushroom is a biological system that reacts very sensitively to changes. It is a gelatinous, stringy network of a symbiosis of yeast cells with bacteria. The mushroom lives in a nutrient solution of tea and sugar and reproduces by sprouting, first spreading over the entire surface and then thickening. Through its activity, the mushroom processes the nutrient solution and produces metabolic products that pass into the drink. The fermented soft drink contains a variety of probiotic bacteria, which have a positive influence on our intestinal flora and immune system.

Kombucha Tea Blend:

The Kombucha tea blend consists of 100 g hibiscus flowers and 100 g rose hips (cut), without colorings or preservatives. The mixture is purely vegetable and is suitable excellent for preparing a delicious Kombucha soft drink.

Kombucha preparation jar 2 liters:

This jar has the optimal shape and size for making fermented beverages such as kombucha or milk kefir.
