Burgerstein Vitamin E contains natural vitamin E obtained from plant oils. It offers good bioavailability thanks to high-quality D-alpha-tocopherol and provides natural vitamin E from a plant-based source. Designed for individual needs, it contains pure vitamin E with 100 IU per capsule. Vitamin E is one of the fat-soluble vitamins and is considered an important antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress. It is a component of all cell membranes. Vitamin E is sensitive to repeated heating, light and oxygen. Oils such as wheat germ, corn germ, soybean or rapeseed oil should therefore always be stored protected from light.
