Small as a golf ball and weighing only around 20 grams – the prostate is often barely noticed by men. Saw Palmetto GPH capsules contain a well-balanced combination of saw palmetto extract and the vitamins thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. The sabal berries of the saw palmetto provide numerous free fatty acids that are rarely found in this form in nature. These inhibit the conversion of testosterone into the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which promotes prostate growth. Thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin B12 also plays a role in the process of cell division.
